Better Call Daniu Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202621879G), registered in Singapore, runs DaniuMall. This policy says what personal data we collect on daniumall.com, buyer.daniumall.com and seller.daniumall.com, and what we do with it. We handle personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
- When you post a Request for Quote: what you need, any files you attach and your email.
- When you sign up: your name, email and password. WorkOS runs sign-in for us and holds your password, so we never see it. If you sign up with Google or Microsoft, they tell us your name and email.
- When you contact us: what you send us by email, phone or chat.
- When you visit: the pages you open, what you click, your device and browser, and your rough location.
- When a page fails: technical details of what went wrong, such as your browser and the error.
- When we list a business as a Seller: its name, address, phone number, email and what it sells, taken from its own website.
How we use it
- To show your Request for Quote to Sellers likely to supply what you need, and to bring you their Quotes.
- To sign you in.
- To reply when you contact us.
- To see which pages work and to fix what breaks.
- To show Buyers who supplies what.
Who sees it
A Request for Quote is public. Any User can see an open one and Quote on it, so leave out anything you want to keep private.
We don't sell your personal data. These companies handle it for us: WorkOS (sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting), Google Analytics and PostHog (measuring visits), Sentry (error reports) and Migadu (email).
Some of them store data outside Singapore, including in the United States.
Cookies
Google Analytics and PostHog use cookies and similar browser storage to count visits. The Buyer site keeps your sign-in in your browser, and the Web site keeps the items you add to an RFQ there until you close the tab. You can block or clear these in your browser's settings. If you do, the sites still work, but you may need to sign in again.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data while we need it for the uses above or while the law requires it, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. A business we list can ask us to correct its listing or remove it.
Changes
When we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
